Frozen is an impending thriller directed by Adam Green and starring Emma Bell, Kevin Zegers, and Shawn Ashmore.
Parker ( Bell ), Dan ( Zegers ), and Lynch ( Ashmore ) are enjoying a common day on the slopes. Sadly, it turns into a chilling nightmare when they are stuck on the chairlift before their last run. The resort is closed till the following weekend. If they do not make a move, they will definitely have frostbite and suffer from hypothermia. The trio has only 1 choice and this is to make desperate escape off the mountain. If they stay where they are , they’ll obviously freeze to death. So they make their move but realize that there is so much more they need to battle than the freezing cold. Unexpected obstacles come their way and the power of their will to survive is questioned.
Green is a comparatively newcomer in the directing scene. He concentrated on independent projects before. Also he is the writer of Frozen. This is Bell’s first major movie. She has appeared in a sling of TV shows such as Third Watch, Law and Order, The Bedford Diaries, ghost Whisperer, and mystical.
Ashmore and Zegers are familiar faces. They’re recognizable faces in Hollywood. Zegers’ acting credits include Wrong Turn, The incredible Mrs. Richie, Dawn of the Dead, Transamerica, It’s A Boy Girl Thing, The Jane Austen Book Club, and ordinary. Ashmore’s pictures are the X-Men films, Solstice, and The Ruins.
Audience requires a change from the common romantic comedy and action films. Frozen gives them this option. At least this has a different class and has a young cast that will quickly lure folks in and stay tuned.
